Actually yes, that is how the legal definitions for the directors work. They control the legal corporations and are supposed to serve in the best interest of the corporation. Granted there are a number of directors so you would have to convince a majority of the directors to go against the governing body, but they have the legal right to do anything they so desire. There are ways to remove a director or a voting member of the corporation but that process would have to be completed before a majority of directors vote one way or the other.

If you don't think that they are spending their money correctly then don't contribute to them. I don't understand why it is such a big concern for so many people here what they spend their money on. If people want to contribute to a cause it is their right to contribute or not. And if you want to contribute and put a restriction on what those monies can be used for than you can make a conditional contribution. When people donate to the Red Cross some of the money they contribute might be used for things that they agree with and some may not, but you contribute to the organization. It is not a tax, so no one forced you to contribute to them. It is a voluntary thing.

There is a legal definition of control over a corporation. The governing body does not have seats on the board of directors, nor are they voting members of the corporation. Technically the directors of the corporation can tell the GB to go and screw off if they wanted too, from a legal point of view. It is does the person have legal control over an organization or are they an employee of that corporation. The only thing that the GB are members of is the ROSFSJW. -

Again no one on here knows if it is the expensive option or not? No one here knows how much it actually cost. It may have been a donated building and land? It could be that they got a much cheaper option than anything else they found. Again no one here knows for sure, it is just guessing and it is clouded guessing.

Also, many RTOs will also contain a recording studio and other necessary equipment that can't be stored in a house of a worker.

They could probably tell people to work from home. But then you would get people on here that will say. Why are they making these people work from home for free and having them buy their own equipment? They should have an office for them to work out of.
They won't ever make people who despise them happy, no matter what they do, there will always be criticism.

No one on here knows first how luxurious it is. Just because it is described one way doesn't mean that is true. Part of real estate is hyping up the good things of a property and diminishing the low parts. Second, no one on here knows the circumstances around purchasing of the property, such as how much was spent, the conditions of the sale or anything like that. Third, Wales is a relatively small geographic and demographic area, there may not have been a lot of land or homes for sale for the refurbishment or construction of a new RTO. And wales is currently in a housing boom, where the number of million pound homes has increased by 12% last year. The Governing Body likes to put RTOs in an area with a lot of native speakers, so this may have been the best place to make an RTO.
